We specialize in the creation and redevelopment of public spaces, neighborhood streetscapes, activations and pop-ups.

We work for real estate developers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations (and often a combination of the three) on revitalizing urban space and creating clean, safe, and active places that create value and stimulate economic development.

Opportunity

Post Covid, as employees returned to the office, Springfield is seeking to increase employee dwell time while also attracting additional foot traffic to the downtown. Springfield’s Market Street is a natural pedestrian throughway with excellent food & beverage amenities, access to parking and and proximity to Main Street and other downtown destinations make it an attractive destination for employees, residents and guests.

Our Proposal

Blue Haus Group has partnered with the Springfield Business Improvement District to activate Market Street on Fridays in September. Activations will include a month long table tennis points tournament called the “Rally In The Alley” and is cosponsored by the Springfield Thunderbirds.
