We specialize in the creation and redevelopment of public spaces, neighborhood streetscapes, activations and pop-ups.

We work for real estate developers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations (and often a combination of the three) on revitalizing urban space and creating clean, safe, and active places that create value and stimulate economic development.

Opportunity

A collaboration between Shelbourne and Blue Haus Group, The Hudson on Pratt finds  its cause in providing a platform for local artists, musicians, designers and creatives to showcase their work. While Hartford has a number of amazing art institutions – including the Wadsworth and Real Art Ways, we are seeking to to provide a platform and exposure for Hartford’s artists that are seeking an entry point into larger institutions. We’ve engaged with several local organizations including the Hartford BID, UCONN Hartford and the University of Hartford’s Jackie McLean Institute as well as independent artists and musicians to provide consistent programming at the venue.
