After two years of lobbying, Tim Moore, a manager at ULI Boston/New England, was accepted to "pre-release test" a new self-service version of Delve by Sidewalk Labs. Delve is an evaluation tool that uses AI, GIS, and user input to optimize real estate development and its updated version, Delve 2.0, will be released later this year.
