Tim Moore, Founder of Blue Haus Group and a manager at ULI Boston/New England, recently completed a 45-day trial of Deepblocks, a tool to help optimize pro forma modeling and feasibility studies. Moore is interested in finding ways to reduce the soft costs of development in order to make new housing and real estate products more accessible.
