The Boston/New England District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) announced that it has brought on Tim Moore as its new Manager. In his role, Moore will oversee events and programming for ULI Boston/New England, including the regional Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) program.

“Maybe I’m a little brainwashed now, but after speaking with Tim Moore, he’s reinforced that people like interaction, and they get that in a downtown environment,” the developer said.
The City Council hired Moore’s Blue Haus Group, a promotion, marketing and real estate company that takes unused spaces and works to turn them into places to attract visitors, usually in the center of a city or town.
Mayor Elinor C. Carbone and Economic Development Coordinator Rista Malanca said they believe Blue Haus Group, a Hartford-based private real estate and economic development firm, can be a key player in revitalizing downtown.
